Trained at Harvard's Brigham and Women's and Massachusetts General Hospitals, and former Assistant Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins, I've spent years studying how the body truly heals — beyond pills and procedures.
During my Harvard fellowship, I developed ulcerative colitis. I was eating a healthy vegetarian diet, exercising, doing everything right — and still getting worse. Modern medicine offered only lifelong management.
