Healing Microbiome LLC provides healtheducation and coaching services only. Dr. Neal Shah is a licensed physician ininternal medicine and nephrology in Maryland and Maharashtra, India, but doesnot practice medicine or offer medical services through this platform.

Healing Microbiome LLC and its offerings donot represent or reflect the views or affiliations of any institutions whereDr. Shah has trained or worked, including Harvard-affiliated hospitals or JohnsHopkins Medicine.

Despite holding active medical licensure,Dr. Shah acts solely as a health educator and coach. This includes:

· No medical diagnosis

· No treatment plans

· No prescriptions

A. SMS Messaging Terms (TextMagic Program)

Healing Microbiome LLC ("we,""us," or "our") may offer optional SMS/text messagecommunications related to webinar reminders, course updates, educationalcontent, administrative alerts, and occasional updates about relevant programsor services. By opting in, you agree to the following terms:

Message frequency varies based on your interaction (e.g., webinar reminders and updates).

        Messages are delivered using TextMagic, our third-party SMS service provider. TextMagic processes your mobile number and message content solely for message transmission and compliance purposes.
  3. Consent and Opt-In
        By opting in, you authorize Healing Microbiome LLC to send SMS messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  4. Opt-Out Instructions
        You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be delivered unless you opt in again.

1. Consent: By initiatingcommunication with us through WhatsApp or by providing your number for WhatsAppcommunication, you consent to receiving messages from our verified WhatsAppBusiness account.

2. Message Types: Messages mayinclude text, links, PDFs, voice notes, or media relevant to our educationaland coaching services.

3. Opt-Out: You may stop WhatsAppcommunications at any time by replying STOP or by blocking our number withinthe WhatsApp application.
